Spain in Spanish called Espana. Officially the kingdom of Spain (Spanish: Reino de España), is a member state of the European Union located in southwestern Europe on the Iberian Peninsula. Its mainland is bordered to the south and east by the Mediteranian sea. Spanish territory also includes the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands in the Ocean off the African coast, and two cities in North Africa, Ceuta and Melilla, that border Morroco. Their main language is Spanish but other laguages are Basque , Catalan and Galician. Madrids population is 3,213,271. Barcelonas population is 1,615,908 . Valencias population is 810,064. The city is located on the river Manzaranes in the centre of both the . Spain occupies five-sixths of the Iberian Peninsula in far southwestern Europe. The other one-sixth is occupied by Portugal.

London is the capital city of England.The population is around 7 million people.London has a famous clock tower called the Big Ben.The tower bridge in London is said to be the biggest tower in Europe. It was started to be built in1919?London has the biggest harbour inb the world. It also has the underground tunnel from London to France which goes right through the English channel.South England is only 121km away from France.In top gear the lads try going across the English channel but only Jermemy made it across as the rest sunk there cars and Jermany had to bring the rest over to france

The population of madrid is about 5 millon people.

The colours of the madrid flag is red with white stars.

Real madrid won the campion league 9 times.And came runner up 3 times.

Paris is the capital city of France. France’s soccer team beat us at soccer because Henry handballed the ball and many people hate him for that. There are many tourist attractions in Paris such as DISNEY LAND, the louvre museum, the Eiffel tower, center pompideus and versailles palace. Paris counts over 2 million inhabitants and is centre of the 12 million people Paris region.

Madrid is the capital city and the largest city of Spain.

It was founded in 9th century.

It’s land is 607 km squared.

There is lot’s of nice places in Madrid like Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza Mayor, Cathedral of Almudena, Capricho Park and City hall.

The Madrid’s mayor is Alberto Ruiz-Gallardon.

Real Madrid is the most famous team in the world for winning 9 times UEFA Champions League trophy and 3 times they become runners up.

2010 Champions League final will be played in Madrid too.

There is another famous team in Madrid called Atletico Madrid but it’s not as famous as Real Madrid

Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland. Edinburgh has a population of 471,650. There are many places to see in Edinburgh like Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh Zoo. The Forth of Fifth bridge was built in 1885-1890. It was built as a railway line. It cost about 2,500,000. It was designed by Benjamin Baker and John Fowler. It links up Edinburgh and the United Kingdom. It is about 2,523metres long. Now the Forth of Fifth bridge is a road.

Marid is the capital and largest city of Spain.It is the third most populous in the European union after Greater Britain and Berlin.The population of the city is roughly 3.3 million people as of  December 2009.The entire population of  the Madrid metropolitan area is calculated to be 6,386,932 people.The city spans of a total of 698 km squared.The city is located on the river Manzares in the centre of both the country and the community of Madrid.Madrid has it`s own soccer team Real Madrid who is currently second in the La Liga cup.

London is the capital of England. It is bigger than Dublin. There is a ferris wheel beside the Thames river called the London Eye. You can see the whole city from it.

The Government meet in Westminister. The person who is in charge of all the ministers is Gordon Browne. He lives in no. 10 Dowing st.

While Madrid possesses a modern infrastructure, it has preserved the look of many of its historic neighourhoods and famous landmarks include the huge Royal Palace of Madrid the Teatro Peal with its restored 1850 opera houre.

Russians call Moscow Mokba. The Russian government sits in Moscow and it is home to many sceintific and educational institutions as well as numerous sport facilities. Russia are three hours ahead of us and there official language is Russian. Moscow is a major economic centre and is home  to one of  the largest number of billionaires. Moscow is the capital city of Russia and Russia is the biggest country in the world.

France is the largest in the EU Stretching from the North sea to the .The landscape is diverse with mountains in the east and south inculin the alpine peak of Mont Blanc (4810m)  western  Europe,s higest point.Lowland France consists of  four rivers bains the seine in the north the loire and the Garonne flowing westwards and the rhone which flowes from lake Geneva to the Mediterranean sea.The president of the republic has an important political role.

The head of the catholic church pope Benedict  lives in the Vatican city in Rome.Some of the worlds greatest artists came from Italy.Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci.Pasta and pizza were invented in Italy.Italy mostly has a mild Mediterranean climate Ideal for the growth of Grapes,olives,citrus fruits and vegetables.Italy is shaped like a boot.Italy is bordered by France,Switzerland,Austria and Slovenia.

Portugal joined the E.U in 1986.
The population of Portugal is 10.4 million.
The capital of Portugal is Lisbon.
The total land area of Portugal is 9207 km.
Portugal has 230 members of parliament.
Portuguese is also spoken in Brazil.

Denmark is one of the Scandinavian country.Back in the 8th to the 11th century the danish were known as the vikings and raided and traded in other country’s.The danish have a huge fishing industry and usually go on a merchant fleet from time to time.Modern day Danes pride themselves in there country’s pride and there welfare state with its widespread protection for everyone.Denmark is a constitutional monarchy; ruled acclay under the 1953 constitution.The single-chamber parliament or folketing has 179 elected members.One of the most famous danish person is Hans christian Anderson for his famous children fairy tales such as “the tinderbox the ugly duckling and the nightingale.

The population of Lithuania is 3.4million.
There are 141 members in the lithuanian parliment (The Seimas)
